The STB-300 semi-automatic tube filling machine is used to fill tubes with creams, gels or other thick masses and close plastic or metal tubes, depending on the version. It requires the operator to feed empty tubes into format sockets. Then the device orients the tube according to the marker so that the graphic signs on the tube are in the right position relative to the seal/closure. After positioning, the tube is filled with the appropriate amount of product, set on the control panel. Then the seal is heated with hot air. Then the tube is closed and the excess material is cut off. Metal tube packages are closed by bending. The finished product is thrown from the tube filling machine socket outside the machine. All settings: speed, dosing amount, sealing time – are available from the touch control panel.
