The ATB-300 automatic tube filling machine is used to fill tubes with creams, gels or other thick masses and close plastic or metal tubes, depending on the version. It requires the operator to feed empty tubes into the magazine. The packaging is automatically picked up, placed on the table and stabilized. Then the tube is oriented according to the marker so that the graphic signs on the tube are in the correct position relative to the seal/closure. After positioning, the tube is filled with the appropriate amount of product, set on the control panel. Then the sealing point is heated with hot air. Then the tube is closed and the excess material is cut off. Metal tube packages are closed by bending. The finished product is dropped from the tube filling machine socket outside the machine. All settings: speed, dosing amount, sealing time – are available from the touch control panel.
