The operator’s task is to place the packed items on the packaging machine’s tabletop and then simultaneously press both buttons, which control the actuator that pushes the package through the foil screen to the opposite side of the work table. After this stage, the pressure is activated, which is designed to secure the package from moving during the sealing operation. The next step is to return the packaging machine’s arm to its original position. The operator repeats the process of pressing the buttons with both hands, which results in lowering the sealing bar and cutting the foil. Thanks to these steps, the packaging machine complies with the highest safety standards.

As a result, a package wrapped in heat-shrinkable film is created. In the heating chamber of the tunnel, the film is rolled around the package under the influence of the appropriate temperature. After passing through the cooling system, which gives it its final shape, the package goes to the roller receiving table.
