The UL-10 series packaging line is distinguished by its quick and easy ability to adapt to different sizes and formats of packages. The process is initiated by automatic collection of individual packages from the conveyor belt of the previous device in the technological line. The next step is to group these items into collective packages, “close” them in a foil sleeve, and then move them to the receiving table. The formed package is automatically transferred by a transport belt to the heating chamber, where, after shrinking and passing through the cooling system (forming the final shape of the pack), it is placed on a roller receiving table. Everything is done automatically, without the need for human intervention.

The UL-10 shrink film packaging line has found application in the area of ​​handling a large number of different formats and short series. Quick changeover, including film change, is a key feature, especially for logistics companies (co-packing), the food industry and manufacturers of candles and inserts. The packaging machine effectively eliminates problems related to the low efficiency of traditional packaging methods, significantly shortening the production cycle. The control of the conveyor speed is fully electrical, synchronized with the electric pushing drawer, which allows to avoid cases of packaging tipping over, especially when packing products with a high degree of instability.
