UNIVERSALPACK I Adapted to wrap in polyolefin or polyethylene film in the form of a half-sleeve, the machine is equipped with an intuitive HMI touch panel, which is legible and easy to use. The packaging procedure begins with the operator placing the products on a conveyor belt or from a preceding machine. After entering the formed film sleeve, the packaging machine’s conveyors move apart simultaneously, revealing a silicone strip. This strip, working together with the transverse sealer, precisely cuts the film. The second seal is performed by the longitudinal sealer, which cuts the film along the product as it moves. The film waste is automatically wound up, which is reduced by up to 50% thanks to its modern design.

Depending on the product length, the machine can be additionally equipped with conveyors that allow for packing even very long products. The device also has a film perforation system that allows the operator to decide on the number of perforated rows. During package parameterization, the packaging line operator also sets parameters such as sealing temperature and time, the amount of film before and after the sealer, as well as the operating temperature of the tunnels and the speed of the conveyors.
