The CP-20-WA cartoner is a fully automated line for packing products on a tray with a rim (display), also offering the option of applying an external lid (tray + lid) and a Wrap-Around carton. The process begins with the automatic collection of a cut tray, which the machine then folds, forming the shape of the carton. The next stage is grouping individual products, which are then placed in a previously formed collective package. After folding the internal flaps, the machine applies glue using 5 or 7 glue nozzles, according to a previously programmed path.

Depending on the final configuration, the process involves closing and pressing the outer flaps. The carton is then “wrapped” around the product, and an additional mobile glue line head is responsible for closing the top flap of the carton. In the case of Wrap-Around cartons, the most commonly packed products are jars, canisters, bottles, cans, bags and sachets, which is why the machine is mainly used in the food and chemical industries. Fully closed cartons can be equipped with perforation, allowing the creation of “shelf-ready” packaging, currently one of the most popular on the market.

The cartoner is equipped with an intuitive control and visualization system, which facilitates operation and communication with the operator. The device allows for parameterization of many types of programs, and the operator can easily adjust packaging parameters, such as package dimensions, packaging speed, type of glue path, arrangement in the package, etc. Additionally, the machine is available in many versions of product feeding, depending on its type and efficiency.
