The JK FL-X automatic dosing system operates in a linear system, characterized by high flexibility in the area of ​​package shapes and sizes. For smaller bottles, thanks to additional separators, it is possible to dose every second package, while maintaining the set efficiency. After dosing is completed, the bottles move one position, starting the refilling cycle. The appropriate number of packages is stopped under the dosing system, and then the pourers enter their interior, starting the filling process according to a precise recipe. This device is adapted to fill liquids with a capacity of ~ 70 ml to 20 L. Depending on the properties of the medium, filling can take place above or below the liquid level, and the pourer outflow speeds are adjusted to prevent foaming of the product. The entire dosing process is regulated by SERVO drives, which allows full control over the filling, eliminating the risk of shortage or overflow of the medium. After the cycle is completed, the dosing system returns to the initial position. The dosing line can be additionally equipped with a closed-loop washing system that meets GMP standards.
