The ZCS-1 capper operates in a linear system, where the packages move along a conveyor belt, additionally stabilized by side belts that effectively separate them. The closures can be delivered manually or via a special sorter (vibrating, cascade, mechanical), adapted to a specific type of cap. The capping process takes place during movement, completely eliminating the problem of product “splattering”.

The ZCS-1 capper is flexible and can handle different types of threaded caps, such as push-pull, safety, disc-top, flip-top or regular, adapting to their type and diameter. Once adjusted, it can operate in both continuous and start-stop mode. The torque, set from the control panel, is a key indicator of correct closure. Additionally, the machine is equipped with a closure control system that informs the operator about any incorrectly closed products.

The capper is equipped with a quick-change system of the capping head and cassettes dedicated to specific types of caps. The entire tool change process is very fast and can be completed in a few minutes.
