The ZR-4 roller capper is an advanced capping device, operating in start-stop mode, capable of handling a wide range of closures available on the market. Unit packages, already equipped with previously applied caps, move along a conveyor belt towards the capping rollers. When the package is between the rollers, the capping process is started by the rollers clamping and rotating with precisely controlled torque, controlled by servo motors. In the case of some closures, this process is additionally supported by a vertically downward pressure, stabilizing the closure and ensuring the certainty of correctness and the highest precision of the capping process.
